Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website.
Ordering Terms and Conditions
Payments are due at time of order. However, orders may be placed over the phone or email. In this event, payments are due over the phone or email at time of order. We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal.
We do offer PO orders to schools, churches, corporate organizations and others. All PO order's standard payment terms are net 30 days - all payments are due within 30 days from the date of invoice. You will be invoiced immediately upon receipt of your order.
School PO will not be used for documentation purpose only order receipt will be used as document.
We have the right to refuse to place any orders.
Orders that are not paid within Net 30 will be charged collection fee of 20% on top of the original order amount.
The guarantee of "order delivered on time or its free" will be valid only if there is no delay caused by the carrier/shipping company.
Explanation Of the Promotional Term "Delivery on time, Or it is Free" On Our Website
This promotional offer only applies to Lanyards products, including 7 styles: Custom Dye Sublimation Lanyards, Custom Nylon Lanyards, Custom Polyester Lanyards, Custom Woven Lanyards, Blank Polyester Lanyards, Blank Nylon Lanyards, and Blank Tube Lanyards.
The "Free" term does not apply if a delay is caused by the express company (e.g. weather or other force majeure factors).
The "Free" term is also not applicable if the delay is caused by the customer (e.g. invalid address and contact number, inability to contact the recipient, closed or incorrect address, or rejection of the package).
If there is a delay due to reasons related to the factory or warehouse (such as production or shipping delays), you should contact customer service to request a free order. In such cases, the entire package, including the waybill, must be returned to our US office, and the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Modifications To the Website And Prices
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue access to the Website (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of access to the Website. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Shipping and Returns Policies.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Any offer for any product or service made on this Website is void where prohibited.
Order Placement And Acceptance
Your electronic order confirmation, or any form of confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service or provide products to anyone for any reason. In the event we deny your order or request for service, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. You understand and agree that we will not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from our refusal to provide you any service or product. We reserve the right to require additional information before processing any order.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Ontimelanyards.com will make every effort possible, upon your request, to make change or to cancel your order. If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there will be a charge for making changes or for cancellation of orders, if applicable. You will be notified regarding all these charges from Ontimelanyards.com. If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop production or make changes to the order. We can, if you wish, hold the order from being shipped or redirect it to a different address. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.
For any changes to the orders, you must call or notify us via email or live chat within 5 hours of placing the order with the necessary changes. We will try to make the changes if possible. But please note that charges may apply for changes depending on whether the order has entered production or not as stated above. Also, for any cancellation request regarding an order, it should be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
* There will be no changes applied to RUSH orders.
There will be a 2.5% service fee for any credit card payment for $2500 or above.
When a deliver is not met we can only issue a refund for the delivery charged, we cannot issue the production cost as production takes manpower and material, this is non-refundable.
There will be cancellation fees of $5 for any order less then $20.
A $10.00 cancellation fee will be applied in order to cancel an order, given that they are cancelled before going into production otherwise other charges may apply.
When placing an online order, if you press 'SUBMIT' more than once your order may get duplicated. Once you inform us of any such duplicate charges, we will promptly credit the amount back to you if the order has not proceeded to production. By placing an order online, the customer is giving Ontimelanyards.com the permission to charge the credit card they provide. When a phone order is approved via the automated email system the customer also gives Ontimelanyards.com the permission to charge the credit card. By agreeing to this policy the customer cannot charge back the amount of the order to avoid payment.
We cannot make any changes when the order is already in production (that is, it is in the process of printing)
If for any reason, changes need to be made then the cost incurred for the change will include the cost for the portion of products already completed (including the setup fee/mold cost), plus mold cost needed for the new changes.
NO CHANGES, whatsoever, will be accepted on Rush Orders.
Online orders cannot be canceled. Rush orders of any kind cannot be canceled. In short, once the production of an order begins, barring an exceptional circumstance, no change can be made, and the order cannot be canceled.
Under exceptional circumstances, if a cancellation request is approved, the order is subject to a minimum $40 processing fee. The cancellation fee will be decided based on the current processing stage of the order.
If there is a cancellation request on your order, please frequently follow up and respond to all updates from our team within the provided timeframe. Otherwise, the production on your order might be resumed according to the originally approved options to avoid further delay.
If there is any uncontrollable factor such as natural disasters or other unexpected events, there might be delays in processing and delivery of an order. We will not be able to cancel the order if the production has already finished.
A repeat order (or "re-order") may not bear the exact product color, font size, or ink color as the "original" order. The artwork size or the engraved level of a re-order may also not match the artwork size or the engraved level of the original order. This is due to each order having a new mold and screen, as we do not keep molds or screens on hand. Repeat or re-orders are also subject to Color Matching constraints. Prices may change between re-orders.
Charge back
If a customer has done a chargeback, they will need to return all the products to us (to the provided office address). If they are successful in winning the charge back and do not return the products, they will still be charged for the order.
Product Quality
Please note that the products we carry are intended purely as promotional items. Products that have minor imperfections visually or in size are not considered defective or flawed.
Due to the nature of the product materials and ingredients, each product type may have their own typical smells. This is totally normal and common within the industry, so the products will not be considered as defective. Most of the time, the smells will not be noticeable and should not be of concern by any means. However, some consumers who are especially sensitive to some certain distinctive smells might find them unpleasant. For example, a silicone smell from the silicone wristbands is an unavoidable factor, as silicone is the major required component to make the silicone wristbands.
Pre-Production Samples And Order Previews
We cannot provide a custom sample at no charge. If a pre-production sample is needed, it will be treated as an order and the final order will be subject to Color Matching considerations/constraints.
Proofs and order previews from our Website enable you to preview and approve a product to make sure the artwork or design comes out as expected. These previews, which are merely computer-generated images, will not necessarily depict the final product exactly as it will be upon production. Proofs or order previews from our Website are just approximate previews and do not guarantee an exact match. For certain products, the proofs and order previews will not reflect actual proportions/dimensions. The actual print location on the finished products might be slightly adjusted to fit the actual printable area of the products. The actual colors might look a few shades darker or lighter due to the difference in monitors’ resolutions and due to the actual production color mixture.
The cost of a proof is $20. It is non-refundable, even when the order is cancelled or refunded. Proofs are not intended to be "decision making tools" for customers. There will be no option to cancel an order simply because the proof does not meet your expectations. Please do not place an order merely to obtain a proof, as the order will be binding.
The proofing process is not contemplated in the Production and Shipping timeline estimated by our Website. If a proof is requested, Production Time and Shipping Time will not begin until the customer approves the proof and fully pays for the order. This is why requesting a proof usually adds several days to the overall order timeline. If an order is required to be delivered by a specific date, a proof may delay production, thus jeopardizing your chances of receiving the order in a timely manner. We will not be held responsible for any resulting delays on such orders. If you request a proof, please check your e-mail inbox often, as well as your spam folder, so you can promptly review and approve the proof.
Refunds
Refunds due to the customer errors will not be issued this includes, but is not limited to, typing errors in the message, wrong color selection of products, unable to meet the turnaround time stated. (after the order has been placed with a different deadline). Ontimelanyards.com is not liable for anything more than the amount of the order.
Productions cost is not refundable.
If an order is late due to the shipping carrier’s delay, only the shipping charges will be adjusted.
The entire order must be returned back to the company by the customer in its original quantity as per invoice of the actual order for full refund to be claimed.
Any problem or compliant regarding the order has to be registered within 5 days of receiving the product. No claims will be accepted after the 5-day period.
Artwork/Submission
Once an order is placed and the customer forget to upload the artwork, they will need to send us the artwork to our email: sales@ontimelanyards.com immediately in order to avoid further delay on the order. The email should include all the instructions relating to logo/artwork.
Ontimelanyards.com inspects all artwork submitted to make certain that it meets the specific requirements for production on the products selected. If minor modifications are required, we will make these free of charge.
When the artwork submitted by a customer is deemed unusable by our art or production departments, we will contact the customer via e-mail and/or telephone to inform them that we need to alter, remove, or replace the artwork in order to proceed with production. Please respond to these inquiries as soon as possible. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we reserve the right to use our best judgment to alter or remove segments of artwork—or remove entire logos—in order to proceed with production
We do not guarantee that the same products will have an exact match on color even if it is a re-order. But we will surely try out best to match it as close as possible to the previous order.
If any order(s) is placed without selecting a digital proof request, then any problem regarding the placement of the artwork or any minor color changes compared to the artwork will not be accepted.
Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain all required permissions for the legal reproduction of logos, trademarks, copyrights and from local or government authorities for the use, display, and distribution of the products. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Ontimelanyards.com will not be held liable under any circumstances.
Website Images/Art work Proofs/Colors
We make every effort to provide clear and color-correct images that reflect the true nature of the products. However, website images, and emailed proofs are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail.
The color in the proof is not the real color, it is difficult to show the correct color in the monitor, the color will be made in the pantone number "C" (not "U").
During the proofing process of the order, any delay in approving the proof will cause a delay in production. This means that the delivery date that was selected may not be achievable if there is a delay in approving the proof by the customer.
For rush orders we can only wait maximum 6 hours for approval or changes. If no response received, then we will start production on order as placed to match invoice details and no future complaint will be accepted.
For orders with fastest delivery of 2 days, we can only wait for 1 hour for proof approval from customer or else we will have to start production as ordered in order to meet the deadline.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up on the digital proof as soon as the order has been placed.
Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to call the customer care in the event that the digital proof was not provided.
This will ensure proper communication and placement of the customer’s order.
Tattoos Order Print Specs - Please allow for 1/4 inch bleed around tattoo paper. This means we cannot print tattoo artwork from edge to edge. If you need your artwork printed to this exact size upgrade your tattoo order by at least 1 size.
We cannot print any images deemed as inappropriate or vulgar.
We do not entertain abusive language on emails or profanity of any kind.
Replicating/Reorders
We will try to replicate orders as precise as possible of the images or reorders/duplicate orders that are given to us, but there will be no guarantee given on them. In case of reoders the colors might be slightly different .

Production
Production time varies from 1 business day to 7 business days depending on the product, service, and quantity selected. If you have a deadline, simply give us a call and we'll do everything within our power to meet it.
SHIPPING CHARGES MAY VARY DEPENDING UPON QUANTITY ABOVE 10000. OUR TEAM MIGHT CONTACT YOU BACK WITH CHARGES AS PER SHIPPING COMPANY.
Shipping
Ontimelanyards.com guarantees to ship your merchandise on or before your specified date. You should be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise.
There will be a $20 charge incurred for ANY shipping address revision done to the address after the order has been shipped out and it is in transit. The charge will automatically be incurred on the payment method we have on file for that particular order.
There will be a $40 charge for re-routing a package. This includes unaccepted packages, unattended packages, or missed delivery from shipping career, that are returned to our facility.
The shipping is charged on each order to keep rate low on shipping products from CHINA to US. If we combine shipping, UPS and FED EX will increase our rates and we will have to increase the rate of our low priced products. We compensate the customers with 100 free bands in cases like these where we offer 100 free band to all order.
Ontimelanyards.com is not liable for any delays, holds or charges due to customs.
Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. If, by any chance, your order does get delayed or arrives later than expected and you would like a full refund, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you and fulfill any request. If you would like to keep your order regardless of the late arrival or delay, please inform us and we will credit the shipping cost back to you. Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your support.
Ultimately customers are responsible to verify all details on the invoice such as shipping address, Billing address, phone number, email address, colors, etc.
We consider shipping and production time from the date of approval. Weekends are not counted in delivery days. The in hand delivery date may change automatically without notice depending upon the approval of the proof.
If any order is placed by our company sales rep they will not be held responsible for any errors as we provide our customer with order Receipt, Digital proof if those options are not utilized by customer they will be held liable on the account.
Any package that is there in our warehouse for 7 or more days will not be our responsibility and will be discarded.
Shipping insurance :
Every order will have a shipping insurance added to the order according to the order style and size.
Shipping insurance will cover the following:
-Lost orders
-Defective Orders
*Customer can call within 24 hours of the order to waive the option to have insurance coverage and the sales team will have it removed.
International Customers:
International customers are responsible for customs and duty fees in their country. Customer is responsible for those fees because it is not included in shipping charges. No gift or lower value will be written/marked on custom forms.
If the shipping is international there will be customs fees which we are not responsible to pay for. The customer will be responsible for those charges. We are not responsible to contact FedEx or UPS for customs fees. The customer is solely responsible for these charges.
We are not responsible for the customs fees charged by FedEx and UPS.
Prices
All prices and minimum quantities are subject to change. Ontimelanyards.com will make best efforts to keep pricing and quantities to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product or the minimum quantity required for purchase.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or minimum quantity due to an error, Ontimelanyards.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price or quantity and will help you choose a different item that is within your budget.
Only written quotes are valid, no nonverbal quotes will be accepted.
Price quotes are only good for the date they where quoted.
