    We offer Full-color printing to our customers at No Extra cost. The colors on the PVC cards will match your design file.
  • Do you sell credit card size PVC cards?
    Yes, we sellPVC cards of 2.12"x3.38" dimensions on our website which is the exact size of a credit card.
  • Can the PVC cards be done in Horizontal Orientation?
    Yes, you can check step 3 on our order page and select the Orientation as Horizontal or vertical for PVC cards.
  • What is the thickness of the PVC card?
    Our PVC cards are the best with a thickness of 30 Mil Thick / 0.86 mm which is as per the accepted industry standards for more durability and best printing effect.
  • Where can I find templates for PVC Cards?

  • Will the Green line on the template be printed on actual PVC card?
    No, the green line is just to show the outline of the cutting area.Everything within the lines will be printed on the card.
  • What Finishing options You have for PVC cards?
    We offer 3 finishing options for PVC cards:
    a) Frosted -The finish gives a slightly textured feel to the card
    b) Glossy -This gives a glossy or shiny feel to the card
    c) Matte - This is not shiny, rather gives a somewhat dull and refined finish
  • What are the punch hole options on a PVC card?
    We offer Oval, Circle, Double circle punching options for PVC cards which can be selected on step 4 on our website.
  • Can I print a PVC card without any punch hole?
    Yes, you can prefer to have a PVC card without punch hole and the option is available in step 4 on the order page. 
  • Does the PVC cards come with one side printing or both side printing?
    Customers can choose one side printing or both sides printing as per their requirement.
    To choose, simply select the option of one side printing or both sides printing for PVC cards on step 5 of the order page.  
    Can we have 2 different Designs on the front and back side of PVC cards?
    Yes,you can add 2 different artworks on each side of the PVC card. You can select the option on step 5 of the order page. 
  • Can we make cards with Individual names/design?
    Yes, you can customize each PVC card with a different design or can use the same design for all cards and print different names on each PVC card. We can customize them as per your requirement at No extra cost.
  • Where do I upload the different artworks/Designs for PVC cards as the website allows to add only front and back designs not the different design or names for each card?
    a) If you have the same design for all cards but want to use a different employee name on each card. 
    Then you can upload the design on the order page and then email us the XL sheet for different employee names to sales@ontimelanyards.com so that we can use the different names for PVC cards. In this case, if you suggest the font name to be used, we will match it or else we use anArial bold font as a standard. 
    b) If you have a different design for each card. You can place the order online by selecting "I will send my artwork later" option on step 5 and then email us the different designs to be used via email to sales@ontimelanyards.com 
  • Will I get a proof before production?
    Yes, we can email you a proof for approval within 3-4 hours once the order is placed.
  • How many days will take for delivery? Do you offer rush delivery?
    The standard delivery time including shipping is 12-14 days. However, we can produce PVC cards for a rush order and process delivery in 3-4 business days. 
    You can choose the delivery date as per requirement on step 6 while completing the order.
  • Does the PVC cards comewith a lanyard to attach?
    No, Lanyards are a different product and if you want to order lanyards and PVC id cards together click on the below-mentioned link where you can customize both items and place as a single order. Custom Lanyard
  • Can you customize PVC cards in a different format than what your website has?
    Yes, we can do that as a customized order and you can email us to get the exact charges.  
    We will provide you prices within 24-48 hours after consulting with our factory based on the product dimension and order volume.
  • What kind of card security can I add to my cards?
    We can add a hologram, bar code or overlays on your card, which can provide security against frauds, and forgery.
  • Is there a minimum order?
